On the Renova Foundation website there is yet another customer service channel available for dialogue with the communities affected by the collapse of the Fundao dam. On the User Portal, people can track their history with the institution and progress of the programs in which they have registered.
The portal, which can be accessed through the home page of the Renova website, was created with the aim to ensure that those affected have quick and transparent access to all actions of their interest.
At this moment, it is possible to consult the data recorded in the Integrated Register (address, contact information, family information, data of dependents, among other information raised), in addition to the complete history of requests.
The portal is being rolled out in stages, and you will soon be able to access other information, such as the history of service though the Renova customer service channels and data about the indemnity process.
Access to the User Portal is personal and the password is defined by the user, based on his or her CPF number. Only the affected person can access this information.
