Since January 8, the Renova Foundation has attended to 1.5 thousand requests in 21 locations in the municipalities of Sao Mateus, Linhares, Aracruz and Serra
Itinerant service support available in 21 localities of Espirito Santo | Photo: Started in January 8, service support is available for new communities of Espirito Santo, included in the zone of impact of the Fundao dam collapse (MG) at the end of 2017. Using itinerant service desks, the Information and Service Center of the Renova Foundation visited 21 locations in the municipalities of Sao Mateus, Linhares, Aracruz and Serra.
Teams, formed by members of the Renova customer service channels and professionals of the dialogue team, went to the communities to clarify doubts, register requests and speed up the process. This week alone, around 1,500 people used the services. These services will continue in the coming weeks, starting on the 18th, at fixed locations in Aracruz, Sao Mateus and Povoacao.
“As the new communities do not yet receive support through permanent offices, the itinerant service is very important since it is the first point of contact with the affected public,” explains the supervisor of the Information and Service Centers of Communities of Espirito Santo, Sofia Giambarba.
In February, permanent service offices will be installed in the downtown areas of Aracruz and Sao Mateus and in the community of Povoacao. The affected public, however, can already start registering their requests in the itinerant centers and fixed locations that will be installed next week. “The itinerant service operates the same as in the fixed locations. One leaves with a service request number in hand and doubts cleared,” she clarifies.
In addition to these sites, the Renova Foundation has fixed Service and Information Centers in Baixo Guandu, Colatina, Linhares and Regencia.
