Units have a multidisciplinary team to serve the affected population in reduced days and hours
After the temporary suspension of face-to-face service due to the Covid-19 pandemic, some units of the Renova Foundation’s Information and Service Centers (ISC) are resuming their activities on reduced days and hours and with a maximum occupancy limit.
The ISCs are located in 13 municipalities in Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo and currently have a reduced multidisciplinary team to answer and answer questions from those affected by the collapse of the Fundão (MG) dam. Those affected who are unable to attend the units in person can contact the Renova Foundation by calling 0800 031 2303.
