The initiative is part of the activities to encourage the hiring of local labor for the repair actions
In order to present the Renova hiring needs for products, services and manpower to entrepreneurs of Espirito Santo, on December 5 the foundation promoted a meeting with suppliers in Vitoria, Espirito Santo. About 50 representatives of companies participated in the event, held at the Espirito Santo State Industry Federation (Findes). The emphasis lay on the importance of the participation of local suppliers in the state’s socioeconomic repair and development actions.
Marcelo Figueiredo, Head of Programs, highlighted the importance of the event: “With this meeting, we hope to introduce the Renova Foundation to the entrepreneurs and show them what we are actually doing. In addition, we want to engage them so that we can establish partnerships, creating a relationship of trust and transparency,” he said.
The initiative presents new business opportunities for Espirito Santo entrepreneurs, as stated by Jose Carlos Zanotelli, vice president of Findes: “This action is in line with one of our pillars for this year and the coming year, contributing to the development of the local economy.”
