The professionals will act in the conciliation hearings of the actions related to the interruption to the water supply and distribution due to the collapse of the Fundão dam
The Renova Foundation will hire 70 law interns in Governador Valadares (MG) to act, among other duties, in the conciliation hearings of actions related to the interruption to water supply and distribution resulting from the collapse of the Fundão dam. The positions are for students who are in the 1st semester of the 3rd year or up.
The interns will be assigned to the Court of Justice of the State of Minas Gerais and will work together with the Special Civil Court, at the Advanced Dispute Resolution Office (PAA), which will be installed at the end of August in Valadares.
Working days will be of six hours with an additional one-hour break. For students attending Law school in the evening, the internship schedule will be from 9am to 4pm. Students attending in the morning will practice their internship from 2pm to 9pm. The remuneration is R$ 1,151.70 (including 10% for transportation costs), plus life insurance. Internships are scheduled to start on August 23.
