Group is responsible for advising on plans, programs and projects
Advising on plans, programs and projects of the Renova Foundation. These are the main tasks of the Advisory Board of the institution. The group is important because it shares the perspectives of society during the implementation of the programs and projects and, at the same time, shares its perceptions and reports on the work conducted by Renova with the community.
On March 10, 2017, the first official meeting between the members of the Advisory Board was held. On that occasion, Claudio Bruzzi Boechat, professor of the Sustainability Center of the Dom Cabral Foundation (FDC), was elected council coordinator, which also includes members appointed by the Doce River Basin Committee (CBH-Doce), experts of academic institutions, members appointed by the Inter-Federative Committee, and, representatives of impacted communities.
The next meeting will be held in April. The expectation is that there will be an immersion about the programs in May in order to have everybody learn in detail about the work accomplished so far.
