REGISTRATION FOR POSITION OF GENERAL OMBUDSMAN IS EXTENDED UNTIL AUGUST 31

Selection process is open and will receive applications and supporting documents by Thursday 

Candidates interested in the position of General Ombudsman at the Renova Foundation have until Thursday, August 31st, to finalize their application and send all supporting documents required for the selection process.  

Entries will be accepted exclusively by the digital platform. The documents can be sent online – to the e-mail address manuella.lopes@selpe.com.br – or even physically to the address Av. André Cavalcanti, 41, Gutierrez, 30.441-025 . For this second alternative, it is essential to send a registered letter, together with the self-declaration of veracity of the information given.  

 

It is worth remembering: the public notice is focused on people with formation in Law, Psychology, Social Assistance, Anthropology, Social Sciences and related areas, with proven experience in activities related to the ombudsman, especially those in defense of Human Rights, Disaster Law and Environmental Law . It is desirable to have a master’s degree or specialization in Human Rights, Ombudsman Management, Compliance, Corporate Governance, Mediation and Conflict Resolution and/or related areas.   

The general ombudsman is responsible for receiving, analyzing, forwarding and monitoring information regarding procedures and actions related to the Renova Foundation’s operations; responsible for repairing the damage, as well as producing periodic reports and guaranteeing the operation of the service channels for those affected. The professional is also responsible for articulating with the other bodies of the Foundation and with governance bodies: Advisory Board, Board of Governors, Supervisory Board, Prosecution Service at federal and state levels, Federal Police, technical advisory services, federal and state public defenders, local commissions and committees of those affected.
