A total of 17 wormed, castrated and vaccinated pets will be looking forward to a new home
This Saturday, May 20, from 9 am to 4 pm, the Animal Support team of the Renova Foundation will organize an adoption event in Cachoeira do Campo, in the district of Ouro Preto (MG). The objective of the program is to provide assistance to animals that were lost and displaced by the collapse of the Fundão dam in the regions of Mariana and Barra Longa.
So far, 583 animals were rescued, 113 were adopted and 207 were returned to their owners. However, there are still dogs and cats waiting for a new home. The action is an opportunity for the population to meet these animals. 17 pets (15 dogs and 2 cats) will be available at the event. They are wormed, castrated and their vaccination is up to date.
To participate in the adoption process, those interested must be over 21 years old and bring their ID card, CPF and proof of residence. The adoption process includes a personal interview and the signing of a term of responsibility.
